(ages 13-17)
The COVID-19 pandemic has increased anxiety and isolation for all of us. The uncertainty around the upcoming school year and the challenges in staying connected with others creates an additional layer of challenges during this already stressful stage of life. The group creates an opportunity for teens to get together and discuss topics of concern to nurture a sense of community and resiliency skills to help weather the storm.
